Feeling Healing can help with cravings. It won’t change the fact that you’re an addict — nothing will — but it can help you through a rough patch.
Start with the feeling of wanting whatever it is you want. Rub up, and run the three phases. Depending on where you’re at, that could be all you need.
However, anyone who has seriously worked with their addiction realizes that there’s usually a hornet’s nest of feelings driving addictive behavior. Even if you’ve cleared a momentary craving, check and see if there’s an emotion that the substance was supposed to fix, or kill.
If you find something, run the process again. Keep looking for un-healed emotions and address them all, until you’re fine again.
If you work with the approach in Drop The Past it’s possible, over time, to greatly reduce addictive triggers that are rooted in past trauma. Just be clear that it won’t get rid of the addiction itself.
Nothing will.
