Handy Chart

FIRST,  Rub up.  Rub the flat of your hand up from your eyebrows to your hairline

Then,

 ONE                            TWO                            THREE

EYES             Closed                         Blinking rapidly          Open

BREATH       Medium in-out – 1X    Medium in-out – 1X    Quick, shallow in-out – 1X

HANDS         Rubbing . . . . . . . . . .   Rubbing . . . . . . . . . .   Rubbing . . . . . . . . . . . .

Gently rub the palms of your hands together the whole time, pointing away from your body.  Don’t stop until you finish Phase 3.
